I am constantly hearing how young I am whenever asked my age. I always hear, "Gosh you're young." I know that most people my age haven't even thought of marriage yet or are just starting to get married, let alone have two kids, but I love being married and having my kids. I wouldn't trade it for the world. I am not sure why it is such a big deal but I can see with various people that I have tried to be friends with that they just can't get past it. So my question is, without getting too emotional about it, why does age matter when you are in the same stage of life and desire the same things?

It doesn't, or what I should say is, it shouldn't. We've talked about this before and God brings different people into our lives for different reasons. Some are meant to stay and others aren't...and that's okay.
Everyone who thinks you're "so young" now is going to be very envious of you when you and Dan are enjoying yourselves as parents of grown children while their's are still in grade school! ;)
