Today we had so much fun! The kids and I spent the day hanging out at home, playing together, and talking about all the things we love. Kendra decided to say that she loves Target, so being the good mom I am (since she had to twist my arm), we went to Target and bought some candy. We came home and baked daddy a chocolate cake. She had so much fun! Drew made sure to bang around spoons and spatulas on anything he could find that would make noise. Our neighbors had a cookie decorating party that we went to. Let's just say that more icing went in her mouth than on her cookies...like father, like daughter! If given the choice to have cookies or chips, I would choose chips, both Kendra and Dan would choose cookies. We went to my parents for dinner tonight. My mom always amazes me at how special she makes holidays for each one of us! You always feel extremely special when you enter her home! It feels so good to be loved so much! I love you mom!
