Prince Charming

Yes this is a picture of Drew dancing with Cinderella! Most men would die to see their son dancing with a princess but in our house, princesses are a part of each and every day. I always say, if Drew would have been first we might have the opposite but as most of you know, the younger one always wants to do what the older one is doing, especially as close as these two are in age! So from day one the only princess Drew could say when he was learning to talk was "Ella" (Cinderella). She has always been his favorite and I am going to say that it is because it was the only one he could some what pronounce. So I have to make it clear here though that we don't promote princesses to our son...he is 100% boy but also will play princesses if asked :-) We went to Disneyland the other morning for the first time this season. We went to story time (with the princesses of course-it is funny to hear my friends that have all boys say they don't even know where that is) and Drew was asked to help tell the story. Right then and there I knew it had to be Cinderella that was going to be telling the story. Our little Prince Charming! I was so excited that he said yes. He was such a stinkin' cute Prince Charming! She told how she saw him and he asked her to dance. It was so cute, the whole time she was telling the story of how she fell in love with Prince Charming she was dancing with Drew and looking right into his eyes. I was dying...Kendra was so proud of her brother and couldn't believe he was being Prince Charming! I have a feeling these pics are going to come in handy one day :-)

So sweet! We are one of those families who don't know where this is . . . Oh, the differences between boys and girls from the get go--I love it!

Hey... Don't make fun of me. Whenever we get close to the princess place I think Scott gets hives. :0)
