Turning 30

Mommy spending her birthday with those she loves!

Sawyer, Katie and Stefan

Our brave girl

Wow...how crazy to be in my 30's! It has been such an amazing 30 years. I am the luckiest person ever to have the family and friends that I do in my life. For my birthday this year I wanted something I never thought I would ever want. I wanted a tattoo. When I was in sixth grade one of my teachers had a ring tattooed on her finger. It is something I have always wanted and is that I asked for for my birthday. We are waiting to get a hold of a guy that rides with us who has done our friends tattoos. So yes, I am getting a tattoo. Small but significant.

On my actual day I just wanted to be with Dan and the kids. Our friends Stefan, Katie, Sydney, and Sawyer came down from LA to meet us for dinner at our outdoor mall. While we were waiting for them Kendra tripped on some bricks and found herself landing on her chin on top of a cement fountain. We took her straight to the ER which was thankfully right around the corner. She did an amazing job and we were so proud of her! She couldn't stand not seeing her friends so we joined them for ice cream after our ER visit.

Oh my goodness! What small, significant tattoo will you get? I'm sure Kerry would fly me out to Cali if I agreed to get one with you.
