Animals and My Cars

I am not sure what it is that attracts animals into my engine, but it happened again today. I was driving home this morning after taking the kids to a bagel place and watching some horseback riding when my engine basically just stopped. I tried starting the car and it started up but every light that could be on was on and every noise it could make, it was making it. I safely made it home praying the whole way. Dan got back from riding and looked at my engine. My belt had fallen off and he found a dead possem or rat...not too sure. Any way, this isn't the first time and it isn't the last I am sure. Nature just loves my engines. I wish there was something I could do to keep them out because every time they just end up dying. On a more positive note, we had so much fun watching a couple of girls riding their horses. They were making me realize how much I miss riding and how much I would love for that to be my thing with Kendra (if she chooses to try it). Right now we are heading in that direction, she said over and over, "mommy, I want to ride the horse!"
